Article 43 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, regulates digital notifications.

The first section of this article establishes that digital notifications will be carried out via ‘appearance’ at the Digital Office of the Administration or Acting Agency, through the single authorised electronic address or through both systems, as provided by each Administration or Body.

For the purposes of this article, ‘appearance’ at the Digital Office is understood as access by the interested party or their duly identified representative to the content of the notification, at which time this will be considered completed.

Access to notifications: The Digital Office of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía grants access to notification content through digital ‘appearance’, via the menu section/option “My Files” or “My Notifications”.
